Uploading videos into the threads

Ok, i am officially admitting defeat . I must be the last person not to know but how do I upload a video into a thread? I get as far as loading it into Photobucket. Then I'm lost. Help please!!!

I can't seem to upload my Xabi video either. I think it might be because it's made at One True Media and I havn't paid for it, but it let me post it on my blog, so I'm lost. If you get a chance MsKickette, can you please have a looky as to why?
